My east-facing camera defocused itself as the moon started to rise. I don’t know the cause but it has happened a couple times now and I may need to give up on this lens. I ran star trails without comet mode again for variety.
November 25-26, 2023 time lapses – an you see the frost sparkling in the moonlight? Our low temperature overnight was -6F / -21C. Also around the 2:28 mark there’s a herd of elk that pass through on the left side.
