I caught something pretty wild in my time lapse last night – a series of parallel satellites almost back to back, with the early ones being iridium-level brightness. In many years time lapsing the night sky, I’ve never seen this before.
In total there were around 50 satellites along the parallel track lower left.
My best guess is this is the first batch of Starlink satellites launched in May 2019.

There were several odd lights in formation, upper center and right quadrant for the last half of the video. My guess is geostationary Starlink satellites. I’ve not seen this before in many years of time lapsing the night sky.
